Mr. Hubert Chin, Director – Administration/Systems, joined PROComm in January 1988.  A graduate of C.A.S.T. in Mechanical Engineering, he has held positions as Plant Engineer at Guinness Jamaica Limited and Plant Manager at McIntosh Furniture Company.

A computer expert, Mr. Chin has completed several computer training courses and has designed and implemented the efficient IT systems at PROComm; these include Microsoft Office, Quark Express, DacEasy Accounting and TIPS payroll.

He is a lector at Stella Maris Church, a member of the ‘Packer’ Masters Football Club and co-manages the Shortwood Football Club.
